GE Service Contract – I am completely dissatisfied with Paul's Appliance Repair. My complaints are the same as the earlier reviews: Hard to contact, don't reply to messages, etc.
Terrible Company – One month ago I had a service call scheduled with them thru Lowes (warranty work). They have been to my home twice now and the washer is still not repaired due to lack of parts I have been told. They never return your phone calls and you always get a recorder. They call you out of the blue and tell you they are on their way without ever scheduling the appointment - then, you cannot meet them if you work so it is even longer to try to get the appliance fixed. Horrible company – These people do not answer the phone after they have received your money, they do not show for scheduled service and then it takes days to get in touch with them to see what is going on. The most frustrating experience I have ever had in any service industry out there!!!!!!!!!!!!
worst service I have recieved – terrible service. like i said very cheap but you pay for it by getting awful service. he say they will call back but never do. Change meeting times without ever letting you know. Would not use them again
