I have to add my name and experience to the DO NOT RECCOMEND LIST!!!!!! From the start the scheduled repair date was a NO SHOW, NO CALL, NOTHING!!! I was given an 8 hour window on the day of repair. Prior to the end of the 8 hour wait, I called and left a message on a recorder PRIOR to close of business, expecting a call back. DID NOT HAPPEN, NOR THE NEXT DAY. HORRIBLE SERVICE! My wife and I moved to BCS a month ago. The home we bought had a problem with the built-in ice maker so we called Paul's to come out to repair. Long story short! After a number of calls and waiting over 4 weeks they tell us that the part we needed was no longer made for our Whirlpool unit. WRONG! I went to the Web and found the part myself and low and behold we now have ice. Office staff is Rude, Unprofessional and disrespectful. Paul’s Appliance had to order a part for my washer and said they would call. I left my work phone number to call me if it was before 4pm. The scheduler called my cell phone anyway stating that the part was in and to give her a call back to have it installed. Then I noticed from another phone number which belonged to the technician that he was on his way to my house for the install. DO NOT use them to fix your fridge. We were told by best buy that they were going to be our repair person. They came and told us to use a surge protector to fix our problem (our fridge was beeping but still cooling). I told him no and that would not fix our problem. I talked him into replacing the board and when he did he not only gave us a bad one but exposed some wires that caused our fridge to stop cooling and we ended up loosing all of our food. They have no idea what they are doing.

Excellent Service! I purchased my unit from Lowe's here in town. I also purchased an extended warranty on it. I had issues about 2 weeks after we purchased the units, Lowe's sent Paul's Appliance Service out to my home. I read the reviews on here and was a bit skeptical at first. I called the company in order to confirm they did receive my work order, the young lady in the office was very friendly and was very helpful with every question I had for her. We recommend this company! The technician that came to our home was very knowledgeable, ordered parts, the part was ordered, they called us soon after installed the part. We have had no problems since. They have now worked on four different appliances for us, and we have had the same experience each time! We will continue to use this company for all of our appliance needs!

I own many rental properties in town. I have upgraded some of my homes with new appliances. I had an issue with one of the appliance. Lowe's Service Advantage sent out this company. I have to say, I am very impressed with this company! They came out to the home, diagnosed it and was able to repair the issue at the time of service. The tech did a great job.
