Horrible, incompetent, rude and unprofessional! Here's what you should know: if you buy an appliance from Lowes, Paul's is one of only two service providers available to you in the Bryan/College Station area. If you have googled appliance repair and made it to these reviews, you have just saved yourself a massive headache! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...I would tell my story, but it has already been told by others. Wrong parts, more wrong parts and 3 months later nothing has been fixed.

Avoid Paul's Appliance Repair. They are absolutely terrible! We were without a dryer for over 1 month because of these people. Paul's came out and replaced 3 different parts and we still did not have a working dryer. At that point we spoke to the owner who said that when they come back out he is going to have the service guy call him and discuss what's going on with the dryer etc. Paul himself scheduled our appointment. Paul's service man (Stuart) was sincere in his attempts to fix our Viking range - but Paul's customer service over the phone was awful - inarticulate - and horrible loud scratchy music while on hold - our oven has been broken for two months - no thanksgiving turkey - Paul's exhausted their expertise (if they had any) after 3 part replacements - oven still broken - American Homeshield (who is about to get an earful) has sent a second company - who appears equally unqualified to work on Viking - now no Christmas dinner? Terrible is a good word for Paul's. They just don't care. I have been trying to get my washer fixed for 4 weeks. I finally got the part overnighted so I call to let them know. They tell me they can not make it out for 5 more days. Why overnight if you are not going to be there to fix it.

Terrible. Really terrible. We bought a new house and a few days after we moved in, the fridge broke down and the insurance company sent these people out to fix it. Apparently, it's rocket science, because after 3 attempts (yep, 3 of them) they quit with the insurance company on our job, but not before refusing to turn up at the agreed time. Three weeks without a fridge! Paul's wife was rude over the phone, refusing to even speak in a civil tone and then hanging up. TERRIBLE APPLIANCE SERVICE COMPANY – Unbelievably poor Customer Service. This company was called and dispatched on a Friday for a Refrigerator that failed. With indifference they tell me that they won't be able to come until Tuesday between 12 - 5 pm.(4 days w/o a refrigerator) and asked if I will have someone here. Tuesday comes, and because they can't get anyone on the phone, they decide not to come. The person waiting on them was outside and never heard the phone. Amazing service – We had amazing service with this company. He has great prices and is very knowlagble. We were so impressed with his work that we have also used him for our rental properties. He is the only one that works the business so we have had to leave messages for him but he has always gotten back with us and helped us tremendously. I recommend him to everyone!
