Dr.Merrill is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very thorough in what she does. Her office is clean and her staff are all courteous and efficient. I’ve been to both offices at Oak Park and in the Loop downtown Chicago and they are both exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Dr.Merrill. She has been my mom’s doctor and now mine.

Had my yearly checkup today. checkin was very efficient if you have a smartphone, and iPads were provided for those who did not. The entire suite was very clean and all staff observed Covid procedures. From checkin to screening, to dilation and to evaluation by Dr. Merrill was seamless and waiting times were more minimal. A well run operation.

My first appointment with Dr. Merrill was on Dec. 31, 2019 which was also the day of my surgery. My retina in my right eye was detached all the way to the macula. Because of the amount of injury, expectations for the amount of vision recovery were kept low. Astoundingly, after 10 months my vision in my right eye is 40/20. Dr. Merrill is truly a superior doctor and surgeon. The results have far exceeded anything I could have hoped for.
