Dr Paulin was the first dentist to have an actual plan for my dental problems. My teeth have always been brittle and I was a grinder. The other dentists would just yank the bad one out and see ya later. We decided that full dentures were the best option. She recommended an oral surgeon to do the extraction, as I also needed some jaw bone ground down. Friendly, clean, professional. Very meticulous in work. I am very pleased with my results.
They are $$ hungry scammers. I went for an evaluation in February and got quotes for my dental work. I went today for a basic cleaning and was charged 3 times the quoted cost and was told if my insurance applies more I can get it from them. Receipt also shows an evaluation and diagnostics. Those processes were completed in February. I wont go back. I cant trust any of the the costs I was quoted, apparently this is normal practices for this business. After reading other reviews...I'm not the only one
My old dentist sold his business to Pauline, but when requested her to send my records she would not without charging $150. After consulting with another dentist, they said that was not normal, and that their office would not have charged anything. Also scheduled a visit at one of her “offices”, but saw another dentist, had no idea who he was.
