Brought a car from them and realized its a lemon.🍋 1st week, I need to tow for diesel leak fix, 3rd week, I need to tow again for alternator issue. 5 week, I have called road assist for new battery. 8 week, I fixed the harmonic balancer & so on... with mechanic. Had a terrible experience with their car and staff were not helpful for these above issues.
My partner and I had to best experience at Paulico finding a new car. Super responsive and helpful! We were planning on shopping around but after the service we received, we really didn’t have the heart to go anywhere else. We are really happy with the car too, didn’t feel pushy or forced and Paul did everything he could to help us in our situation. I think I’ve referred at least 5 people who have asked me about the car to Paulico now if they want a car, we can’t rave about the experience enough.
