Paula was an absolute pleasure to work with. Banks could not come close to her mortgage rates. She always picked up when we had questions no matter what the time of day. Evenings and weekends did not matter. She returned my messages directly and made the buying process easier than I ever imagined as a first time home buyer in this crazy market. I cannot say enough great things about her. If banks are giving you the run around, give Paula a call. If she can't get you a mortgage, noone can.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Paula on the purchase of my new home. I usually bank with TD but when it came time to buy TD would not give me a mortgage because I'm self employed. Paula not only got me a mortgage but she got me a better rate than TD was offering. Paula always go's the extra mile and is always available even when she was away down south. Try getting a hold of your bank rep after 5pm or on the weekends. NOT LIKELY!!! Thanks for everything Paula you're awesome!!!
