Dr Ko has been taking care of me since 2012. I’ll highly recommend her for ophthalmologist
I was pleasantly surprise that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The process flow in a mannerly time.
From appointment scheduling .. to reminders, both text and phone messaging ,to visit and check out overall staff and standard operating procedures were on point and very accommodating.
She was very nice.
Dr Ko is very caring and highly skilled ophthalmologist. Very grateful that I have found her to treat my retina detachment.
Everyone was professional and competent. What is Telehealth?
I just wish that Dr. Ko would strive to be on time for appointments. I had a 12:50 appt and wasn’t seen until 2:15. I can honestly say that I have never had an appointment with her that was on time.
Dr. Ko is fantastic. She explains everything. She is very gentle.
Her level of detail explaining the diagnose. and treatment along with what to expect and what's the next step.
