Staff welcomes everyone as they enter and is kind throughout the visit. Dr Ko & staff are very thorough. They explain findings & next steps. Excellent office experience from beginning to end.

While I did not care much for the time spent in the office, as I was there for over two hours, each staff member that I encountered was courteous and thorough. Of course Dr. Ko was wonderful, always carefully reviewing my files to ensure I get the care needed.
Doctor Ko and her staff always treat me with exceptional care and professionalism!! Have told my family and friends how pleased and appreciative I am for the awesome care Dr Ko consistently provides.
Procedurally, the office seems to run like a well-oiled, rehearsed and polished team...Personally, Dr. Ko exudes and conveys a strong, knowledgeable and confident air which, in dealing with the delicate eye, is essential and, even at a first meeting, puts me as at ease (as possible)!
I had an 8:10am appointment and was called back to begin the process within 10 minutes. Dr Ko spoke with her assistant the whole time she was examining my eyes, and explained to me that although it sounded like 'a lot', it was nothing to be concerned about. Most other doctors I have ever seen will rattle off whatever notes they want, and not bother to explain to the patient what any of it means!
