Crew arrived on time, removed old roof CB and replaced. They installed a new fan to ventilate and control temp in the crawl space. The fan has an annoying hum that can be heard on the 1st floor. They sent someone out to check this, he went up on the roof. I had him come in to hear it on the 2nd floor. He told me it’s not too loud but they could change the thermostat so it would run less. Kind of defeats the purpose of having the fan. It’s not a normal whirring noise a fan makes when it’s on, it’s a loud hum like an impedance... read more

As a former employee in a management position, I have inside, behind the scenes information of what actually goes on at Paul Wright Roofing. First, on SO many occasions, I have been present while Paul bad mouths, curses at, and otherwise degrades customers behind their backs as if it is their fault that Paul Wright Roofing has taken YEARS to complete the project on their house. Leave them hanging for months, sending 1 guy for a day now and then...My apologies Mark & Joanne! Paul also speaks this way about his own employees.... read more

I was very specific in telling this company that the entire back portion of the roof was leaking. I was given an estimate for $3750 which I agreed to. They only worked on a small portion of the roof. When I complained about the continuing leaks, I was given another estimate of $4000 to work on the remaining section of the roof, which I had thought was included in the first estimate. In the meantime, the portion they had worked on continued to leak. Rather than throw good money after bad, I decided not to do any further ... read more
