I have been working with the physicians associate, Dr. Lilly I believe is her name, and she’s been amazing at working with me to treat my condition and an advocate for me. The front staff usually work with me to get time in or rescheduling appointments. Sometimes it’s hard to get a hold of their staff or front desk if I’m calling them though. You have to go through two rounds of automated voice messages in their call lines and eventually itll immediately transfer you to front desk.
Horrible!! My prescription never even got sent to the pharmacy. Stay away from this place.
I’ve come in on and off All the docs I had there were accommodating The visits are pretty quick but I don’t have severe issues. Sometimes I’d have to call to get prescriptions sent again but other than that it was nothing but smooth sailing with short wait times I’m very happy with my results that I haven’t been back since 2021
Horrible , horrible , horrible !!!! Prescribed me a medication for my hormonal acne & I waited a while to start using it & it literally burned my face. My skin went from red , swollen and peeling to black ! They were supposed to call me back & didn’t I had to call 3 times and when I finally spoke with a M.A I was prescribed hydrocortisone & told there was no appointments until Feb 23 , so I’m supposed to walk around with a burnt face for a month. They should be ashamed of themselves RUN far away from this place. K.Jenkins
Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a practice. I can’t even speak positively or negatively about the doctor (that would require actually spending more than 7 minutes interacting with him after 6+ months). I was assigned a PA after specifically requesting Dr. Wallace. It took me three appointments to finally meet him, and it was a less than 5 min visit.
