Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
