I took my son to see Dr. Paul for 2nd opinion regarding eye surgery. He spent less than 10 mins for the entire appointment and did not do anything to exam his eyes. You cannot make a proper diagnosis if you don't spend the appropriate amount of time with the patient. He just said that He trust the dr. who has been treating my son. I basically wasted my whole day on coming to this appointment. Avoid this doctor at all cost!!! Save your time and money.
