Being in the room to hear Paul talk is top 5 favorite privileges of my life. I feel very lucky!
This guy is a thief... Point blank. The terms of the rental application stated that we would receive a refund of the application fee if denied for any reason. We were denied, due to 1 of the 5 (the other 4 have 700+) of us applying having bad credit. No eviction or criminal history, just a bad credit history due to payment history, tickets, etc. Paul said he would pay back the money, but then stopped responding. This is a terrible act of bad faith, as he agreed to pay us back our application fee and also has terms in the app... read more
