When a client calls up with something lodged in their eye asking if you can get them in, don't tell them to go see a primary care physician. I mean, what is the point of being an opthamologist who doesn't want to see eye issues? Clearly the only goal is to sling overpriced eyeglasses and bill insurance until they bleed.

I visited the office on Cypress Station.. I left disappointed and feeling disrespected. I had scheduled this appointment at least a month in advance, and was looking forward to it because it was recommended by the Gayest and Greatest awards. I spent almost an entire hour past my appointment time waiting to be seen. This place has disrespected my time, and has thus disrespected me. First and last time trying to go there. I called yesterday and made an appointment for my son for contacts. I told him that’s what he needed. We go to the appointment today and sat there for 45 minutes for them to tell me they have to verify the insurance still. ALL OF THAT SHOULD IF BEEN DONE BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT!! Waste of time going there!!
