My hygienist, Gina, was very nice, accurate, concerned, and did an amazing job on the deep root scaling I had to have done. She provided sunglasses as opposed to safety glasses which was pretty great. I just laid there for 3 hours listening to tunes and she did her thing to perfection. Thank you Gina! Also, thank you Chuck and Paul for assisting and stopping in to make sure I was okay, respectively. Overall great experience for something I was quite scared about.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and everyone was very cheerful and smiling. There is never any wait time. My son said he likes to go because he usually gets to see a movie while he is getting work done. Most people especially kids absoultely dread going to the dentist my kids don't mind. My daughter said she likes how everyone recognises her and knows her name without her telling them. We have never had a bad experience there. I would definately recommend all of my friends and family to go there!
The staff is friendly and very helpful. It was my first visit and I was very impressed by the experience in its entirety. The office is very classy, clean, and inviting. I waited only a few minutes until I went back and saw the hygienist. The doctor was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my x-rays and had told me things that other dentists had never mentioned. I also was able to schedule some follow up appointments within the week! Live person answers the phone, receives you in a timely, professional and friendly way. Hygenist friendly and Dr. Phillips professional and friendly.
I came to ESD on a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Phillips is an excellent dentist who is using the latest technology in dentistry. I had to have a crown replaced & it was taken care of in one visit! My hygienist, Gina, is thorough yet gentle. When I leave after the cleaning, I know my teeth are clean! Chuck is willing to work with you with whatever dental insurance you have - he is great with the numbers! Overall, I highly recommend East Sac Dental!
