Paul listens well. Very upbeat and positive but compassionate at the same time. Tries to take the most conservative approach.

Dr. Panzarella explained all the steps he was taking to accurately diagnosed my problem. So he would know how best to treat my condition. As expected, the front office staff was very professional and attentive. I was late for my appointment due to picking up test results from another facility; even though busy, Dr. Panzarella saw me within 10 min. after my arrival. My appointment was also scheduled within two weeks from my request; very rare to be given this service with a specialist.
Quick and fast procedure and surgical team was comforting and attentive.
I was really impressed with Dr. Panzarella and his staff. He was very thorough with his consultation. I felt very at ease in his care. He is personable and makes you feel really comfortable with any questions you may have. Highly recommend.
His interpersonal skills, his ability to connect with his patients, and his expertise.
