Very friendly, caring and informative
I give a 5 stars to the faculty, the personnel, and the way all was managed, on time, friendly, professional and kind.. this has been the less waiting time ever in this type of facilities.
I really like this doctor. He is a great listener, wonderful at explaining everything. Solid bedside manner, great sense of humor, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the good ones as far as first impressions go. Everyone here seems friendly, professional, and competent. Great place.
I have struggled with gut issues for years and have never found a GI that listens to me until now! Dr. Panzarella is truly a blessing. He listened and made me feel heard and cared for and came up with a solution I feel so good about! He is a huge advocate for mental health and how it can affect your stomach which is so important. I finally feel like there’s light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to my health!
Dr. Panzarella is knowledgeable, patient, and highly professional. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care. I’m going to Lake Nona Office and his staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Panzarella
Very fast turn around time to talk with the doctor Panzarella. He Is a great Dr, that takes the time necessary to discuss with the patient all aspects of your situation, looking for all opportunities to have the best procedure available.

Dr. Panzarella makes it a very comfortable environment. First time I visited and I was able to explain everything without feeling uncomfortable. He addressed everything I said, even was just having normal chitchat during a physical exam which makes it a comfortable environment. A doctor that really cares for any patient he sees, even if he just met you. He is very reassuring and kept saying he was glad I visited which helped with nerves when going to a new doctor. Highly recommend.
