SS set the appointment for me with Dr. Leonard. He was patient with me while I struggled thru answering questions. He asked questions no one had ever asked me before, not even when I was being seen as a patient. I didn't answer everything he asked with 100% because I couldn't remember some things. I don't know yet what he will determine my axis to be, but I really liked him. If I get approved then I'm going to reach out to him to see if he can help me work thru some major issues.

I feel he asked the necessary questions and seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help. Very friendly made me feel comfortable. Seemed to be very educated and knowledgeable. I pray my intuition is right. I have suffered so long the ultimate fear is knowing I am at my lowest and he couldn’t see it.

I was sent to him by social security. I told myself I was going to be completely honest with him because my disability is vital to me. He rushed me through session, haphazardly reading questions off of a list. He never even looked at me. I told him something from my past that happened in my childhood. I have never spoke of it to anyone before or since. Something important to the reason for my condition. He ended session immediately and told me to leave as i was going into a panic attack. I sat in my car for twenty minutes be... read more

I was sent to him by social security on December 17th 2007. I told myself I would be completely honest with him because my disability is vital to me. He rushed me thru session. Haphazardly read off questions on a list. Never even looked at me. I told him something about my past I have never said to anyone before or since. Something important to the reason for my condition. He ended session immediately and told me to leave as I was going into a panic attack! I sat in my car for twenty minutes before I could drive away safely ... read more

He really won't listen. He types while you're speaking. I've been seen by him before. Social Security MADE me go. I was denied the first time one week after seeing him. I ended up with my disability because a lawyer got info from my actual Doctors. They sent me to him when I applied for widowers benefits. Sure enough, I got my denial letter 2 weeks later. So, only my opinion, he is paid to deny benefits for S.S. applicants.

His concern is to get paid. Time spent with patient is superficial. He is quick to jump to conclusions based on what he initially believes to be correct. Narcissistic. Does not actually listen to or have real concern for patient. Analysis is factually incorrect and harms patient rather than helps.

Dr. Leonard was one of the most impactful persons in my life. I saw him over the course of 2 years and he was very pragmatic and an excellent listener. Although this was 25 years ago, I recently referenced a book that he gave me in 1993, and that is what made me think of him. His is patient, a great listener, very pragmatic, and a kind soul.

Complete joke. He only wanted money, woukd not file insurance. Literally texted us like he did not have a business phone. I felt so uncomfortable at the appointment that I didn't wont my son by himself back there.. but Leonard insisted. No telling what he said to our child. This man is not a real doctor, he is literally a piece of crappy work. Do NOT give him money or leave your kids alone with him
