I feel sorry for anyone who decides to go to him. He is easy to get into, so easy that there wasn't even a wait, which should've been the first red flag. When we went into his office he couldn't recall simple details from appointments prior when it had not been that much time between appointments. We questioned him constantly as our family member was having issues and he would stutter and become defensive. He scheduled procedures where he made mistakes and a death almost resulted. I don’t have enough words to express the genuine care and concern I felt from Dr. Tarnasky directly and each and every individual I have dealt with from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment until being discharged after a procedure by the amazing staff at Methodist Hospital. He is not respected by any other gastro in town or even this part of the country. I’ve heard so many of them feel sorry for us when we’ve mentioned we saw him and they read the medical reviews of the damage he did. He is the worst endoscopic specialist. He made an error and then refused to accept responsibility. He knows though, he knows exactly what he did.
