I find Dr. Paul Lumpkin to operate a highly professional office, with well staffed, professional assistants throughout the entire organization. He maintains an attractive, clean and comfortable reception area, where you are greeted by people that maintain a positive interaction, making sure all the details of your visit are crystal clear. Dr. Lumpkin is an excellent diagnostician,highly capable professional that reflects his many years devoted to his area of practice.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Lumpkin for over 30 years. He's a very caring Dr. Recently,, my husband had an accident.We knew he did something serious to his back so we called Dr Lumpkin. He recommended that my husband get x rays. He wrote the order, at not cost to us, to have them done. It turns out that my husband did indeed fracture L2 in several places.It was so nice of Dr Lumpkin to not charge us anything, or require us to make an office visit to get the x ray orders. Dr. Lumpkin is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and extremely gentle. I know every time I go in I'm going to come out feeling wonderful. I hate having my neck adjusted because the snapping movement freaks me out! He feels the same way and uses a different technique to get the same results. Go see him! Patricia
