Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
