Not knowing any realtors in the Clarksville area when I moved here from Kentucky, I chose Paul to help me with my search. I am very glad that I did. We were looking for a small house to purchase for a rental property. We were pretty specific on what we wanted and where. Paul immediately sent me several listings to take a look at. We actually only looked at two properties before making an offer. When the time came for closing, Paul was well prepared and we got everything closed in record time. Paul is a superb realtor and we would definitely want to work with him again the next time we are in the market for another home.

Paul listened to the specific detailed criteria I provided to him, and researched the available properties and provided detailed documents to review for each property that met the criteria. This documentation allowed me to visit only 3 properties and 2 of the properties were acceptable. We bid on the first property and got it. The second property was a back-up and it also met the criteria.
