Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Beware of the service department they seem to possibly lacking experience as I took my wife’s vehicle there and they misdiagnosed a problem and broke part of her door panel fixing a recall (which took 3 months to get the correct part to repair). They also have refused to admit fault to anything and make up for there mistakes. I will surely no longer be taking my vehicle back there and will definitely warn others.

I chose to use Obaugh's service department getting "The Works" to keep my F150 and Expeditions well maintained. I like having the multi point checks along with the scheduled lube, oil change and tire rotation. We recently purchased a Certified 2017 pre-owned Expedition. Working with Tammie Allen for years, she knows my Ford preferences and called me that there was a new arrival that she thought "had my name on it". Well she was right. I went and saw Tammy and ended up walking out with a 2019 Ford Escape!!! I needed an oil change and they came to my job picked up my car and brought it back the transactions were smooth and amazing!!! #areyouready
