My family have been very loyal customers to Paul Obaugh Ford for well over thirty years. So it was very surprising when my father took his explorer, which he purchased at Obaugh's, to the service department for help with a noise it was making. He was very rudely told that service manager did not have time to talk with him let alone listen to the noise the vehicle was making. Looking to buy a Mustang. Went into the showroom where 3 employees were standing and not a single one wanted to help me. All they said was the doors were open to get in. Even told them I wanted someone to talk to me about getting one and they just ignored me. Will never come back and not going to recommend this dealership to anybody. Horrible service

the body shop[ and the general manager are the absolute worst customer service ever-I had dirt in my pain and they forgot to replace a ball joint in my suspension. I could have been killed. Avoid this place at all costs.
