He is awful. I have herniated discs. From work. I met with him for about 5 minutes. He told me that I just needed to answer yes or no to his questions. He wrote that I was on pain medication and I needed to get off them because I was addicted??? I don’t even take any medicine. He’s crazy. He was hired by the workman comp Judge. I am completely unimpressed with MD chervin. I was involved in a MAV 6 months ago while working which results in a c2 neck fracture. Received horrible care with the initial team so I got a second opinion which discovered not only did I break my neck but I was suffering from post concussion syndrome and pain/tightness in my neck (when after fracture was healed) which resulted in referral to PT and trigger point injections. I was referred to Dr Chervin because of head and neck pain possibly related to a Chiari Malformation diagnosis I received at 13. My PCP sent me to him to get updated imaging, but he refused, saying he “didn’t need imaging” because CM doesn’t change over time. After rushing through my symptoms he said my CM was asymptomatic, there were no issues with CSF flow, and I was just having migraines.
