Mr. Charlie really took time to show my the vehicles I was interested in and when I was ready to purchase he found me the exact HR-V I was looking for. Then Mrs Kathleen was so helpful with the financing side! Great experience!!
I enjoyed my experience very much the staff were polite and friendly, in particular Kathleen McNeil, they helped me to get the exact car I wanted and even took my old clunker off of my hands. However, the only reason they did not receive a 5 star from me, would be due to the fact that I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Fit and floor matts weren't included... They are considered an accessory now. What's next? Tires? Lights? Cup holders? The battery? I realize this a tiny detail which if I could have given a four and a half st... read more
