I am completely disgusted and disappointed in the counselors at this facility. While speaking with my daughter, not only did they call her ugly, they told her she was going downhill. Mind you, she works 30 plus hours a week and goes to school full time here and it would be more proper if her counselors would be supportive and build up her & other students up instead of tearing them down. Definitely recommend Caitlyn Hinds to do your hair! She’s always done mine and it always turns out exactly how I want it. 😍 The most recent she did on my hair was absolutely phenomenal!! Highly highly recommend Caitlyn!! Paul Mitchell is always a great experience!

I’m a student and the everyone there is so nice the instructors are great it’s just a good place to get a affordable cut and learn if you want to be a Barber or cosmo.

I was at Paul Mitchell the School yesterday to get my hair done (shout out to Ayisha (sp?)). Anyway, I ended up running low on my insulin during the process and had a breakdown. One of the instructors helped calm me down and they came up with a plan for me to get my hair finished up as quick as possible. I appreciate the concern of everyone and their willingness to help me out in a bind. And my hair looks great now too!!
