Horrible experience. I asked for blonde hair and was told blonde wasn't my color so red was what they were going to do. I came out with beaming red hair and the girl had to leave right at 6 so she left me sitting in the wash bowl with color in my hair. Someone finally came and attempted to rinse out my hair but there was still color all over my hair and on me. My hair cut was a hack job and they didn't even dry my hair- they "didn't have time". Worst. Experience. EVER.
They were so good to me!!! Amazing price, amazing staff and amazing company! Felt like I've known them my whole life! I will be going back!!!
