I want to mention today's experience of my sister at Paul Mitchel school. The instructors were rude, they asked intrusive questions such as which region are you from or what is the origin of your name? I understand color cannot be matched 100 percent but this is the first time I am hearing in my life that my sister were asked to sign a paper for payment if the color is not matched by the manager. I went in for color and style yesterday. I've always enjoyed the upbeat environment and professional way the students handle themselves. Bretley gave me great service, color and blow dry. I'm definitely going back!
