After several visits and being disappointed, I decided to try one more time so that my daughter could get her hair done for a special event. I made an appt in advance for Noon with a phase 2 person. We showed up at 11:54 and sat down. We waited and waited until finally at 11:30 I got up and asked about the wait. She said she would check. We waited about 5 more minutes and she came back and said the phase 2 was running behind and it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes or we could get in fairly quickly with a Phase 1 senior, so we agr... read more
