This people at the front desk are the bees knees!
Oh my goodness. Violet Robinson did such a killer job with my hair!!! Thank you for such a wonderful salon experience. Let me know if anyone wants one of her VIP cards, I highly recommend her for cuts, fades, colors, washes, and I've even seen her perms and work on women's hair! She really makes you feel special and relaxed.
Waited over forty-five minutes. Management made up invalid excuses, still waited after being asked by technician if we could wait ten extra minutes and let her know we'd like anyone if they could get us in sooner since it had Already been 30 minutes after appointment time. , then still got a totally different technician. I expect so-called management to take full responsibility for very, very, very poor management. I can only pray the haircut is not a disaster! Management Is!!!
This is the second time I've been here for a cut,this time I got color and I LOVE it! Autumn did the color and cut =)
My sister Rachael Terry goes to school here. I only see her. I love every time she does my hair. Best salon experience ever!!
