Just got my hair done today and I completely love the way it came out. Karissa was the one who had done my hair! She did such a wonderful job.
My daughter went on Monday and asked to get her hair lightened and then they toned it. The lady washed the toner out to soon. Which then left my daughter with orange hair. We had already been at the school since 4 and left at 8:15. We did have another service done with for mom. So we didn't get my daughter hair dried. As soon as we got home and ate, my daughter dried her hair and straightened it and it had gotten lighter than it was at the school. Please teach your students customer service as well. 35 minutes after my appointment and I just now got called. The girl at the counter said she wouldn't even look at me when I asked if she can find out about my appt. Then she just talked to other students about it handed then a slip with name and that was it. Didn't even bother to let me know they are looking for someone for me right now. Seriously people... Other than that I love the service

I really do you like the school and the money that I can save . I like the students that take a little bit longer and being pampered. I gave it at three because I had trouble with the instructor not mixing a permanent color correctly for me,and the student was good enough to question it and correct it. I have also had trouble with some of the students showing up for my appointment. But several times I've gotten really good students that I am thrilled with, and this was one of those times
I bought a groupon for a hair cut which I used on Wed. Then as Ella, the designer stylist, and I were talking we decided to color my hair. Not just an ordinary color but a peek a boo blend of golden brown and PURPLE. Yes, purple. I think Ella was surprised but she was all in. We were both excited about it. Ella was a total professional.
