I have tried twice to get my hair cut here. The first time I wasn't sure exactly where they're located -- I'm new to town. I managed to find Colorado Ave and called them for further directions. Not one sole who came on ththe phone could tell me how to get there, even ththo I told them where I was. Today I tried again. I was running a few minutes late, so I called and let them know. I had a terrible experience today and I havee been a loyal client for about 7 years. First, I got my hair colored, I don't knowthe students name she never mentioned it. We went to rinse it out and she said ," I never saw anything like this happen". She went and got some one and I envisioned my hair green, it was just the gray did not cover and she recolored iI. Paul Mitchell is awesome. I went in today and got a really good haircut.
I am in love and cant wait to attend. Its clean and the staff and students are friendly. They have amazing events that you can attend to learn more about hair and the school. LOVE 'EM!!
The education is just enough to get you by and if you aren't one of the favorites don't expect any sort of help they will simply tell you you aren't good enough and you won't make it. I met some amazing people at this school but I'm very glad I never have to go back.
