I arrived 10 min early for my 5:30pm appt, checked in at the front desk, was told it would be 20 min. Then I waited as people who came in after me were taken back. At 5:45 I decided enough of my time had been wasted and left. The front desk woman kept eyeing me but never said anything. I expected a possibly wonky cut, I did not expect for my time to be wasted. Lesson learned, book here if you have time to stand around & waste.

I've gone here twice once and both levels of stylists and still both times my hair turned out orange. First time in June I got highlights and the second time a root touch up and still both orange. Should never have went back. Both were 5:30 appointments and both times left shortly before 10. I never imagined it would take so long I had to stop them from finishing drying my hair both times I couldn't sit in the chair any longer it took forever. Sydney was amazing! Well everyone was. I had such a great experience while I was there. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and everyone made me feel right at home. When I get my hair done, I like to do some fun and creative things. Sydney was very helpful and was as excited to do something fun and bold with my hair. I went to get a perm & a manicure, my hair being very short I didn't think it would take more than 2 hrs I was there 4hrs & 15 min & that was just the perm didn't have time to get the manicure because it was almost closing time, however I'm happy with the perm

Hope did a cut and color on me yesterday. I am very pleased overall with the service I received from her! I must admit I was nervous going to a hair school to have my hair done because I was looking for a big change. Hope seems to know right away what I wanted and needed. I will be returning and I hope I receive the same great care next time!

Heather was really good with my type 4 hair. She understood my wariness of salons and heat styling and opted for just a regular trim. My hair is very happy now. And even though I don't like commercial products, the lavender shampoo and conditioner was really nice.
