Horrible experience. I understand there may be sub-par services due to the student aspect, but to charge me to fix the crappy color job I received is disgusting. I even called the school to describe exactly what happened while there (which included the teacher having to get involved because the student had used one bowl of dye on just the top of my hair over 30 minutes). The front of my hair is almost black and the back is brown because the teacher mixed a new bowl and started on the back. When I called, not only were there ... read more

I always have a positive experience at the Paul Mitchell school. Yesterday was no exception. I came home with new color, a trim and two products for a reasonable price. The student, Chloe, was great.

I have had my hair and makeup done here and the service and talent is amazing! They take their time to make sure they understand your vision so that you leave satisfied. Would highly recommend!
