I asked for layers and this is what I got . I didn’t notice it till the next day . The instructor even checked it so obviously nobody knew what they were doing

I've been to Paul Mitchell 3 times now and every time has been a great experience and I am not charged an arm and a leg. I recently got a color from Haley she was great. My hair looked amazing. Keep up the great work ladies and gents.
