My daughter just graduated and I'm a salon owner and I feel she had a excellent experience! Only negative I can say is guests should be reminded that they are at a school and their services will take longer than a regular salon. Some people don't understand that they are learning as they preform the services.

I have to say that after going to this place for quite awhile now I will never be back. Today my appt. was set for 12:30 pm and I arrived at 12:15 to be told that the students were on lunch and would be back at 12:30. No big deal but then as other customers come in and begin getting picked up by their hairdresser I am still stuck there waiting. Finally at 1:05 pm I give up.
