Extremely friendly and personable staff. Everybody here treats you like an individual, a friend, a family member. They are very straightforward about what kind of treatments or procedures they recommend doing and definitely don’t try and up-charge extra, unnecessary procedures or anything like that. I have been seeing Dr. Medeiros for 20+ years, my children also. I have never had any issues at all, that includes appts., billing or work that has been done on our teeth. He is great & so are his prices. I've been to other practices & always left with a bill, I never get a bill from Dr. Medeiros' office.

As other people have noted, this is a guy you should stay away from. He seemed nice enough -- not "weird" as some other commenter alleged -- but his work does not hold up. He put a crown on one of my wife's teeth. The agreed-on price, through the dental plan we had signed up with, was $500. Afterwards he charged another $300 that was uncalled for. The crown fell off after a year or so. The work was no good, and we were overcharged. Either of those things would lead me to tell all my friends to stay away.

dr medeiros is a very strange person, it looks like he's scared of people he is a weird, then the people at the office they aren't professional at all. They talk about the patients. The place is not clean..

Stay away. I was a patient for many, many years and I have so many problems due to his negligence. I agree with the first review. He charges a lot of money for poor dentistry. I called to make an appointment for something as simple as a cleaning and was told that she's in once a week. I made an appointment for 4 1/2 months in advance then it was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 1/2 months later. If I waited, it would be one year before I had the cleaning. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPEIRENCED THE PROBLEMS MENTIONED BY NIDIA. I HAVE HAD POSTS PLACED AND CAPS PUT IN WITH NO PROBLEMS. I AM USUALLY SEATED AT MY APPONITMENT TIME AND HAVE NO COMPLAINT ABOUT HIS FEES. HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND DR MEDEIROS IS THE MOST PERSONABLE DENTIST THAT I HAVE EVER MET. HIS SHOTS ARE ALSO PRETTY GOOD . I HAVE REFERRED FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO HIS OFFICE OVER THE YEARS AND THEY CONTINUE TO SEE HIM.

I would not recommend this dentist at all. His hours are okay, but very hard to schedule an appointment and does not work Saturday's. I have had many dental problems (crowns falling off, posts breaking, cavities not filled right and now having to deal with decay and other measures to fix problem). He's expensive as well. You tell him this and he says he's comparable to the area (yes, the Boston area, not New Bedford). Also, beware, when you go for cleaning.
