I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
