Dr. Paul Kats is the best eye doctor by far. Very professional yet accommodating. He listens and addresses my issues. I have a lot of astigmatism and have always been nearsighted, which other doctors have not had the patience, or know how, to give me the most accurate vision results. He listens and is great at solving/adjusting my prescription issues with glasses/contacts.
Dr. Katz is the best doctor to go to for any eye issue. He literally knows everything. One time, I had a strange eye issue and could not get in to see Dr. Katz. I went to another doctor. That doctor stated that he had been practicing for 20 years and had never seen this issue before. He had no recommendation. Dr. Kats is a great optometrist. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and he went out of his way to help me with my prescription after work hours. The staff are also great and helped me navigate the insurance process so I would save the most money. 100% recommend.
This doctor is the best. He really knows everything. The front desk woman is really great too. We have been going here for over ten years.
The front desk guy didn’t tell me until I was done with my test that my insurance will not cover everything. I asked them on call they said on call it’s covered. The doctor gave me wrong prescription as well my eyesight never changed in 20 years he gave me wrong number for both eyes the numbers were too high. Very disappointing!!!!
