I brought my mom to Dr. Paul Kwon at Hayward Costco after questionable, subpar experiences at our prior optometry and eyeglasses location. Everything greatly exceeded our expectations. The administrators were friendly, caring, helpful, and fast. Dr. Kwon was speedy with his exam, helpful, and knowledgeable. My mom and I are both extremely happy with the convenience, service and cost! We look forward to staying with Optometrists at Costco moving forward!
I scheduled my appointment at 5 PM, but since I was around the area I figured I can come earlier. Luckily, my optometrist was available and I was able to get out before 5 PM! This is my 4th time going to his office & I always look forward to getting my eyes checked out since it's quick & painless.
Always a great experience with Dr. Kwon. He is very pleasant all around.
