Rented an absolutely beautiful home from Paul for year, in that year he was by far the best landlord we ever had. Paul is very polite, respectful, honest and quick to respond and reliable. I have to say he is one landlord who does take care of his property. Thanks for everything, it was truly a pleasure working with him. :)

Paul was the best! He worked hard in finding the home of our dreams!! We were new to the area and his patience, kindness and perseverance was unwavering. We were so fortunate and grateful to find someone like him! We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Out of all the realtors we worked with while searching for a house in Downtown Raleigh, Paul was by far the best. Every house we looked at, he was very well prepared and had answers to almost every question we had. If he didn't know, we had an email within a few hours with an answer! We ended up going with a house Paul found for us as he was able to make the process quick and painless.
