I was treated like I was royalty! I was treated as if I was their long lost mother. I have already recommended this practice to several people already. I would like to especially recognize Amanda. She is the one you call for questions after surgery. She was so knowledgeable and caring. I knew she would resolve questions completely. Dr Tolentino was the most helpful surgeon I have ever had. He has a way of listening and explaining things that answered all my questions right away. The staff whole office staff made me comfortab... read more
Dr. T is wonderful. He changed my husband's life and now he can live pain free. He was honest with us from the beginning about the life changes my husband would have to make. We made the right decision choosing Dr. T.
I have highly recommended Dr. Tolentino to several friends and people in my community. I have had several surgeries with him and Southeast Hospital and have been completely satisfied. Dr. Tolentino is very patient and answers all my questions. I am very thankful for his expertise. I had a quick recovery. His staff is caring and helpful. I have never had a long wait to get in to see him or wait in the lobby. If I ever had to have surgery again he would be my first and only choice as a physician.
Dr Tolentino helped me get out of the chronic pain I was in and back to my normal life. I am forever thankful for him and his staff for all the kind and wonderful care I have received in all my visits and surgery.
Dr Tolentino is probaby very good at his job. However, his aftercare sucks! He's a walking ego. When I asked him if it was normal to have weakness in my arm following cervical spine surgery, he literally threw a tantrum. I was shocked at his unprofessional behavior. I vowed he would never have another opportunity to speak to me that way again. I will never go back nor recommend him for that reason.
My mother has been in constant pain due to arthritis in her upper back, along with previous back surgery pain. During her last visit, Dr. Tolentino (who had been fine up to that point) mentioned that he had another appointment, refused to listen to her, shut her up at various times, reached the point of yelling, and basically told her that she was getting older, pain was going to happen, and to deal with it. If there was nothing to be done, that's fine and we would've accepted it. But his rudeness and uncaring attitude (to t... read more
Dr. Tolentino and his staff.. where professional and helped me with anything questions I had. I am a 35 year old male that needed a 2 level cervical fusion.. today has been one year and I feel like I never had any surgery. I was back at work 2 weeks after the surgery and had no pain or issues after the first month post surgery. I will not recommend any other practice or group.
I was referred to Dr. Tolentino by my primary care provider, who said that Dr. Tolentino would be his own choice if he needed back surgery. All the staff and healthcare providers at Regional Brain and Spine were attentive, polite, and professional. My surgery went well and I had a good hospital experience. I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Tolentino and his assistants. Dr. Tolentino is quite a skillful surgeon. I followed his post-surgery instructions carefully and am back to my normal activities without... read more
Dr.Tolentino did surgery on my back in Oct of 2017. The surgery didn't help. To top it off Dr.Tolentino blamed me for the bad results and said it was my fault for not walking 5 miles a day. I tried to explain to him that I couldn't walk 5 miles as it put pressure on the nerves in my back. I also told him I had a bad hip. He acted like I was crazy and said I was making it up (I actually had that hip replaces in March of 2018) He talked to me like I was a dog. I was not able to give him a 1 star.
