Paul Steiner told us he was handling our case and we should not file a response to a cross complaint. He reviewed with us scanned documents we sent him, held phone conversations with us telling us he was responding on our behalf. He told us we had time, which was a lie. He then ignored our emails and phone calls. We scrambled to find another attorney to draft and file a response for us, but were told it was too late.
