We had a wonderful experience working with Paul on the purchase of our first home! My fiance and I wanted to find a realtor that was calm, informative, and communicative - all of which we experienced through Paul's process. He helped us understand certain aspects of home maintenance and things to look out for when assessing a property, which was extremely valuable being a first-time home buyer! Short Review: Make him your agent ASAP! Long Review: I was a first-time homebuyer in Atlanta and in the current market (as of Apr 2022), I thought I would probably be stuck renting for the foreseeable future.
