I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul Gray Builders to anyone, especially those exploring custom builds. The service is second to none and the team from start to finish are absolutely exceptional. Stands to reason they are the best builders in Bendigo.
I built with Paul Gray during covid and the process was very good. Even with the times being diffcult the team kept to budget and schedule and producded a wonderful home that looks great and felt like home from day one. I highly recommend Paul Gray for anyone, especially those new to custom building as the team will take great care of you.
While we did not end up building a home with Paul Gray, we inquired with several builders and we were very impressed with the sales process, flexibility and customer service we received from Emily here at Paul Gray. It was a very transparent process, with incredibly fast responses and updates from Emily, and they seemingly allowed for many requests or changes that many builders do not. We would definitely recommend people to look at building with Paul Gray for their future home.
After consulting with several builders to help us with a difficult block, Paul Gray were the only ones that were willing to work with us to find a plan that would work for us. We had to have multiple changes to the plan and nothing seemed to be a problem. We now have a beautiful home that has suited our needs. We had a weekly update all the way through which we looked forward to. Would not hesitate to recommend Paul Gray builders.
