Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and always available. Paul was extremely helpful as a first time home buyer and purchasing unrepresented Paul gave a lot of support to help me through the purchasing process to ensure their was no miscommunication between us and the seller. I am happy I was able to work with Paul as he established strong trust early on. Would recommend if buying/selling a home to work with this realtor.

Huge shout out to the BEST REALTOR in MN - Paul Erickson who truly has a gift! 3 closings on the same day and fit us in just before Thanksgiving! Paul will work hard for you! He made the process so smooth and went the extra mile, had incredible marketing and sold our house in a ridiculously fast timeline! Literally one of the smartest people we know to help make a huge financial decision! I felt very confident with his knowledge and what we did during the process. 🙏

Paul is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. He doesn't just show up and open the door for you at a house like most realtors, he actually knows what he is doing and showing. He'll point out the bads and the goods and let you decide how to proceed instead of pressuring you to quickly make a decision. He understands that purchasing a home is a big decision and provides his advice but allows you to make the decision. He's great and I highly recommend his services!

Amazing Job! Paul was so incredibly helpful, going above and beyond what normal agents do. He knew that we were planning to replace the flooring in the townhouse that we bought, so he went out of his way to take us to several stores to explain the difference in the different types of vinyl tiles. Also, his market knowledge was amazing, and helped provide good advice throughout the process. Thank you, Paul!!

Paul Erickson was able to sell our house, plus help us buy a townhome for our retirement years. Paul was the realtor showing a townhome we viewed during an open house. He was so easy to talk with and so knowledgeable to answer our questions.
