First I have to say I never write reviews (I just read them lol) but this experience warrants one! I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kelly in December, prior to the surgery Dr. Kelly went above and beyond to answer all my questions and actually spend the time listening to my concerns, not only that his assistant Nikki was phenomenal always available if Dr. Kelly wasn’t. Terrific! Dr Kelly is a professional, intelligent and caring doctor. He listens and answers any questions you may have and makes you feel like you are the only patient he has, a unique quality these days. Bravo!
Dr. Kelly is one of the finest doctor's I've ever met. He is an expert in his field! Dr. Kelly takes his time explaining. I was faced with a possible aggressive melanoma on the side of my face. Dr. Kelly arranged for a speedy biopsy and was compassionate yet possitive in every way. My surgical scar on the right side of my face is so minute it can hardly be seen. Dr. Kelly is an A-ONE doctor and an excellent surgeon. A happy patient, H.K.B.
always professional and terrific staff. the entire operation exudes confidence and professionalism . Dr. Kelly gets to the problem and how to fix it. spends the time to explain what the diagnosis is and what are options and actions should be taken for a cure.
Doctors seemed ok but the office staff isn't very pleasant. Doubled billed for a visit and refused to make a correction but was very happy to make excuses.
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr.Paul E. Kelly , he's amazing and did such a great job. The results are great. I'm so happy with my new nose. I high recommend him to my friends. He's the best
I can't rave enough about Dr. Kelly! He did my polypectomy, septoplasty and rhinoplasty all in one surgery and was extremely thorough. He has outstanding bedside manner and was professional yet calming before my procedure. I had absolutely no bruising and he and his nurse Nikki are wonderful every post-op appointment I've been to so far.
I found Dr. Kelly to be very dishonest and rude. I didn't get a good vibe from him or his nurses.
