Was greeted and taken back for my appointment right on time. Work was handled smoothly and professionally. Departed amidst the smiling faces of the staff, and echoes of "see you in 6 months".
Everyone in the office is amazing. They calmed my fears so much. They are kind, patient, gentle and informative. Highly recommend.
I am glad to be a patient of Dr. Paul Freeman. He is kind, and both he and his staff do excellent work. I recommend him to my co-workers, pointing out that his office does not probe a patient's gums with extra force in order to increase sales of periodontal gum treatments. I trust him and his office to act in the best interest of the patient.
Not quite......but as good as the dentist can be. The employees are great and the space is top shelf with the latest technology. Dr. Freeman knows his stuff . They get you in and out in good time. Overall experience is clearly an A. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a practice in town .
I got my teeth cleaned here and give my overall visit 5 out of 5. Cleaning didn't hurt and was quick. I was also able to make my appointment very quickly and for the next day, which was perfect. Everyone was friendly and they have a bomb coffee machine (compared to my work office at least). Great experience overall!
Pulled a gold cap off with flossing one night. Called the next morning. Got a "we'll fit you in" appointment that day. Twenty minutes in the chair and my cap was reattached! Thank goodness! Great folks, all around!

As a rear routine patient of ADD, I called the office recently to say I was worried about an aching tooth. I got an instant response. The receptionist scheduled me for the first thing the next morning, where I was punctually received and checked, then discussed two possible explanations and treatments with Dr. Freeman. Whatever the outcome, and we're trying one treatment first, I could not be better pleased with the speed and professionalism of the service I got. GHL
I always have a great time at Dr. Freeman's office. The staff is amazing and very thoughtful. I leave with a smile on my face because my teeth are in the best shape they've ever been.
